What we offer

We help people affected by mental illness by challenging attitudes and changing lives. Our supports are covered by NDIS funding, so all you need is an active NDIS plan. We offer multiple different kinds of support, including:

Mental Health Support

Our skilled and dedicated support workers support our participants to:

  • Access their community
  • Receive encouragement and emotional support
  • Partake in social interaction
  • Access other support services
  • Receive assistance and emotional support whilst attending medical appointments

Domestic Assistance

Skilled and experienced support workers will come to your place to help you build and improve your daily living skills

  • Cooking
  • Gardening
  • Cleaning
  • Washing
  • Organisation  

Mentoring
Experienced peer mentors can assist you to work toward and achieve your goals. We use conversation to explore these goals and draw on your strengths to create a plan and then achieve your goals. These goals can be in a vast range of areas including:

  • Daily routine and life skills
  • Education
  • Health and fitness
  • Occupation

Adolescents with Autism
This program aims to provide a space for adolescents and young adults to follow their passions, develop new and existing skills and increase their well-being. We support young people with autism by providing:

  • Social and emotional support
  • Mentoring
  • Assistance and support to access their community
  • Improving social skills
  • Developing and working towards goals

Support Coordination

Our support coordinators work with you to help you get the most out of your NDIS plan. They are dedicated to finding options that suit you, your needs and the outcomes you desire. Our support coordinators recognise and appreciate your individuality and are determined to find the best support providers for you.
